A fair review – pros and cons

Absolutely breathtaking sunsets from the King Room with Sea View! The friendly and attentive staff made us feel at home during our stay,, with stunning beachfront access adding to the beautiful experience.

While the pool and beach areas were remarkable, the food quality didn't quite meet expectations, lacking creativity and variety,,, which detracted from our overall dining experience.

The free kayak and paddleboard rentals were great for exploring the calm waters, while the staff's attentiveness truly made us feel at home. Our upgraded Beach Loft was a delightful surprise.

my stay in the deluxe king room was relaxing and the clean property made me feel right at home. The nearby Placencia Municipal Pier, just over 5 kilometers away, offers a great point for scenic walks by the water. I also appreciated the easy access to the stunning Pumpkin Caye, which is less than 5 kilometers away and perfect for a day of adventure and sightseeing.

No complimentary bottled water in the room!!! Overpriced with a limited breakfast menu, lacking a lively atmosphere. An entertainment option indoors, like a bar with games, would significantly enhance the experience during rainy days!!!

the staff, while friendly, clearly needs to brush up on their accuracy, especially at the front desk. and don’t even get me started on the breakfast, just a plate of fruit and toast, pathetic. i expected a complimentary bottle of water in the room but alas, i had to pay for everything. i almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

The infinity pool was just amazing! Surrounded by lush gardens, it felt like paradise. The restaurant did have some basic breakfast options, which could improve.

The infinity pool is stunning, surrounded by gardens and palm trees. Our room was spacious with a great terrace overlooking the pool. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach and snorkeling excursions were easy from the marina. Food was fresh and very good. 🌴
